Welcome to your first week of Slim for Success! You're on a journey to a stronger, more positive mind and a healthier body. Listen to the audios and focus on the words, allow yourself to imagine and feel all of what I am saying and relate it to your life and behaviours. Do the daily exercise and go on a walk for the other 2 days as you will need to rest your body. When you do the exercise concentrate on form and giving 100%, if you're moving you're winning! At the end of the workout leave nothing left in the tank!
Morning MotivationThis morning is about being in control, making the right choices and being a WINNER! Listen to daily for a week when first wake up. Get behind the words and make it buzz through you!
Evening CoachingThe recording is about reprogramming the child in you with positive eating behaviours before life taught you negative ones. It's about stepping out of the fat suit and seeing yourself the way you want to be and making it your reality! Don't listen to as you go to bed as you'll just fall asleep and won't get any benefit, listen to when you can focus and absorb the content.
